  • Represented publicly-traded homebuilder in the acquisition of over 2000 lots and condominium units in more than 20 communities.

  • Represented publicly-traded homebuilder in the acquisition of land and development rights under a DDA for a 109 mixed-use condominium project in San Carlos.

  • Represented real estate investment fund in the formation and launch of 5 funds with aggregate commitment of more than $2 billion, in which CalPERS and CalSTRS were the largest investors.

  • Represented tenants in the negotiation of over 200 office, industrial, R&D, and build-to-suit leases.
