Thomas Gray has been practicing law for over 20 years. His practice focuses on complex intellectual property and technology litigation and counseling with an emphasis on trade secret, patent, technology licensing and internet-related matters. Tom has significant and wide-ranging litigation experience and has represented numerous Silicon Valley technology companies, as well as companies in traditional industries. Tom has performed all aspects of litigation and has extensive trial experience resulting in more than a dozen cases reaching verdict. Tom leverages his broad litigation experience and his collaborative style to achieve cost-effective, successful resolutions for his clients. Tom stays abreast of current litigation issues. He has published numerous articles and has spoken frequently on trade secret, patent and internet law issues. In addition, he has taught a course on Intellectual Property Litigation at Santa Clara University School of Law for international LLM students and Internet Law courses as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara School of Law, Chapman University School of Law and Whittier Law School.
