Ms. Lan advises public and private companies on all aspects of their businesses at every stage of their growth and development. In addition, she has expertise in debt financings and transactions involving securitization of financial assets. Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Ms. Lan practiced in the area of municipal finance where she represented issuers, borrowers and underwriters in tax-exempt securities transactions. She represented a client who was the issuer of one of the single largest municipal financings in 2007.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Lan worked in the distribution and merchandising department of an entertainment production company specializing in children’s programming.
