Mark D. Hudak, Director
Mr. Hudak specializes in business litigation, with an emphasis on real estate matters and government law. He has tried judge and jury trials in both state and federal court and has argued appeals in the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Hudak is also an Assistant City Attorney for Hillsborough, representing the Town on litigation matters and advising the City Council on various legal issues. Most matters within his practice are resolved through mediation or arbitration. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Hudak works closely with Carr McClellan's Real Estate Group on land use and planning matters. He appears frequently in front of city councils and planning commissions to support development projects.
