Mr. Loew’s practice covers the gamut of issues within trust and estate litigation, including will and trust construction; no contest clauses; lack of capacity; duties of trustees, attorneys-in-fact and executors; and limitations on transfers. He also brings to the table experience in complex business litigation issues, which are often intertwined with trust and estate litigation.
