William F. Gutierrez, Special Counsel
Mr. Gutierrez brings to Carr McClellan a wealth of experience, including successful representation of clients in a variety of transactional, business, and employment matters. He has represented investors in various capital financings, including negotiating terms of operating agreements and preferred stock financings. Mr. Gutierrez also has extensive litigation experience in the fields of employment, contracts, real estate, business disputes and construction. Mr. Gutierrez serves as outside General Counsel to a variety of companies.
Before joining Carr McClellan, Mr. Gutierrez was a named partner at Taylor Gutierrez Marca, LLP in San Francisco, California. Mr. Gutierrez began his legal career with Kenney & Markowitz before co-founding Taylor & Gutierrez, LLP in San Francisco, California. Thereafter, Mr. Gutierrez was Director of Legal Affairs for Softbank Emerging Markets, Inc. (SBEM) in San Francisco, California.
