J. Craig Crawford
Mr. Crawford is a business litigator. He has litigated matters involving breach of contract, business torts, construction, real estate, financial products, and partnership disputes. His practice covers all phases of litigation from pre-litigation counseling, law and motion practice, discovery, trial, post-trial motions, and appeals.
Mr. Crawford is a fourth-generation San Franciscan and was raised on the Peninsula.
Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Mr. Crawford was a litigation attorney at Reed Smith in Oakland and San Francisco.
Recent experience includes:
- First chair in breach of contract bench trial resulting in verdict for client.
- Member of trial team that obtained defense verdict in product defect jury trial.
- Successful mediation of breach of contract dispute relating to construction services.
- Settled construction dispute on behalf of elderly pro bono client.
- Argued attorneys’ fees motion resulting in substantial recovery for client.
