Ms. Bonotto specializes in intellectual property law and related business transactions. She assists clients in intellectual property clearance, registration and protection strategies, as well as license and transfer agreements.
Intellectual property clearance, registration and protection strategies
Ms. Bonotto's practice involves the protection and enforcement of exclusive rights pertaining to trademarks, business names, domain names, copyrights, inventions (whether patentable or not), trade secrets, rights of publicity and employer/employee proprietary rights. She assists clients with the screening and selection of trademarks and the development of cost effective trademark protection strategies, including domestic and foreign registration of marks.
Intellectual property license and transfer agreements
Ms. Bonotto assists clients in the negotiation and preparation of a wide variety of intellectual property related business agreements, including but not limited to: licenses, assignments, security agreements, development agreements, consulting services agreements, sales, distribution and supply agreements, reseller agreements, software and multimedia licenses, confidentiality agreements, inventor's rights agreements, and online application and database service provider agreements.
